Repertoire Sessions with Ross Baxter

Service Description

Need new suggestions for your rep? Are you 'go to' audition songs just not hitting the mark anymore? Ross Baxter has extensive experience and knowledge in the world of Musical Theatre song repertoire and has a new bespoke service to update your rep. Ross is a Scottish actor currently based in Glasgow/London. He undertook five years of professional training before graduating from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a BA in Musical Theatre in 2018. He has worked consistently in the world of theatre and dance, working with many UK-wide theatre companies and creatives. Since graduating, he has adopted the role of a tutor, specialising in rep building and 1-2-1 college audition prep, and has led the dance audition for the RCS BAMT programme. Stage and Dance Credits include: Still Game Live: The Final Farewell (Glasgow SSE Hydro), The Snow Queen, Gagarin Way, The Yellow On The Broom (Dundee Rep), Ghost Train (Royal Scottish National Orchestra). Workshop credits: The History of Paper (Oliver Emanuel & Gareth Williams), Pericles (Shakespeare.Scot), BINGO! (Stellar Quines), Raintown (RCS/Deacon Blue). This is an email service in which you receive at least 4 new songs, specifically chosen for you, across different genres of MT and Pop/Rock. By sending a short voice clip/self-tape/reel and explaining the gaps that you’re looking to fill, Ross will be able to get an understanding for your voice and work to help you find some exciting new rep. For this service, please send with short voice clip/self-tape/reel or explanation of your voice type, your name and 'REP' in the title to rossbaxteractor@gmail.com and any specific requests needed (style, genre, etc) once booked. You will then receive a rep category PDF within 1 week of booking to your email address. You will see to book this service, you book in a 30 minute slot on the booking system. This is not a 1 to 1 session with Ross. This time will simply allow Ross to spend 30 minutes looking for new repertoire for you. He will then send the rep list to you via email within the week of you booking the service and sending over your examples of voice type.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your lesson strictly 48 hours notice is required to reschedule any one-to-one sessions or the full fee is payable. All rescheduling for online sessions is done online or via the wix app on the MY BOOKINGS page. If online, your Zoom link from your original session will automatically be carried over to your rescheduled session so please keep it handy. The MY BOOKINGS page is an automated online system and it will not let you reschedule if you miss the 48 hour cut-off, even by a few minutes. I do not have direct access to clients' online accounts and cannot override the system to grant any exceptions. Refunds are not offered once a session has been booked online. If you need help using the Reschedule feature on the My Bookings page, instructions are available on the Wix website. To cancel a place on a Course or Workshop please email me: gallowayvocals@gmail.com. The refund policy is as follows: 30+ days: 90% refund 15-29 days: 50% refund 0-14 days: no refund. If, on the rare occasion, I need to reschedule I will notify you at the earliest possible time and reschedule your lesson. If 24 hours notice is not possible you will be given the choice between a full refund and rescheduling your lesson. 
For both online and in person sessions I will wait 20 minutes for you to join the session. If you have not joined the lesson after this time, I will end the lesson and no refund will be given. 
Please DO NOT come to your online or in person session with any illness that might affect your voice as working on an sick voice can cause damage. If this is the case, please reschedule your session via the my bookings page or get in touch with me as soon as possible.
