Service Description

Work on your monologues, scenes and sides for auditions and self tapes with actor and coach Andy Owens. Andy has worked extensively in the industry since graduating from the Guildford School of Acting with a 1st class Honours degree. Andy is currently in the UK Tour of Blood Brothers after being in the first UK touring cast of Laura Wade’s critically acclaimed play ‘POSH’. Alongside performing Andy has facilitated for various arts organisations and establishments across the uk, these include Creation Theatre, ATG & The University of Oxford. Andy’s passion for teaching and facilitation stems from his own personal journey through the arts. Andy specialises in professional audition technique and helping those entering the industry prepare for drama school and vocational training auditions. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your lesson strictly 48 hours notice is required to reschedule any one-to-one sessions or the full fee is payable. All rescheduling for online sessions is done online or via the wix app on the MY BOOKINGS page. If online, your Zoom link from your original session will automatically be carried over to your rescheduled session so please keep it handy. The MY BOOKINGS page is an automated online system and it will not let you reschedule if you miss the 48 hour cut-off, even by a few minutes. I do not have direct access to clients' online accounts and cannot override the system to grant any exceptions. Refunds are not offered once a session has been booked online. If you need help using the Reschedule feature on the My Bookings page, instructions are available on the Wix website. To cancel a place on a Course or Workshop please email me: gallowayvocals@gmail.com. The refund policy is as follows: 30+ days: 90% refund 15-29 days: 50% refund 0-14 days: no refund. If, on the rare occasion, I need to reschedule I will notify you at the earliest possible time and reschedule your lesson. If 24 hours notice is not possible you will be given the choice between a full refund and rescheduling your lesson. 
For both online and in person sessions I will wait 20 minutes for you to join the session. If you have not joined the lesson after this time, I will end the lesson and no refund will be given. 
Please DO NOT come to your online or in person session with any illness that might affect your voice as working on an sick voice can cause damage. If this is the case, please reschedule your session via the my bookings page or get in touch with me as soon as possible.
